The hotel’s cocktail lounge is also one of America’s most anticipated. The menu features classics alongside proprietary creations. Candy Bar’s success will be judged in later years by the social movements, business deals, marriages (and assignations) that are hatched under its candy pink ceiling.

Pot & Box
Founded in 2007 by local floral artiste Lisa Waud,
Pot & Box is Detroit's preeminent floral design studio. The outpost at The Siren Shop features romantic arrangements for discrete affairs or teary farewells and are available at your convenience, every day and every night.
With the Wurlitzer jukebox keeping score in the background and the world going by on Broadway Street, Karl's is an 85-seat, all-day restaurant, helmed by Chef Kate Williams of Lady of The House fame. Karl's will serve up American classics with Chef Kate Williams' very own enveloping style and grace, along with an in-house bakery and bar. Karl's, named after a yesteryear establishment once owned by Williams' great great-grandparents on the East Side of Detroit, is soon to become your favorite not-so-greasy spoon.
Perched on the top floor of the Wurlitzer, the rooftop bar boasts views of Downtown Detroit and Comerica Park.
Sid Gold’s Request Room
For the bold at heart, Sid Gold’s is the Wurlitzer
Building’s very own piano karaoke bar.
Paramita Sound opened its doors in West Village in 2015 and quickly became a community hub for live music, new and used records, and collaboration along local creators and music fans alike. Bringing music back into the halls of the Wurlitzer and the old stage of 1515 Broadway, Paramita will keep on sharing its legacy of sounds and vinyl records now with a bar and a slew of music and cultural programming for neighbors and visitors.
Visit the Shop off the lobby for a downtown outpost of Pot & Box’s cut flowers and plants, alongside Mills Pharmacy and Apothecary personal care items, exclusive Siren keepsakes and gear and artistic ceramics by Hamtramck Ceramck. The Shop hosts rotating local, national and international brands in addition to limited edition photographs by Detroit's Bill Rauhauser.
